Howard League Scotland

This is the home page for the Howard League for Penal Reform in Scotland. The league is an independent organisation (and registered charity - SCO17234) whose members seek improvements to the criminal justice system in Scotland. If you share the League's aims please join. The subscription is a modest £15pa (households £25pa,and non-taxpayers £5pa) which together with donations are used to cover the organisation's running costs.
