Over the years our policy positions have guided our interactions with, and statements to, the Scottish Parliament, the Scottish Government, the Scottish Prison Service (SPS), His Majesty's Inspectorate of Prisons for Scotland, the media and other organisations and individuals involved in the criminal justice system. Many of these policies overlap with each other and are often rooted in the social justice field as much as the criminal justice field. They're to be found in our press releases and consultation responses, but they haven't been clearly iterated on our website for some time. We're currently reviewing all our policy positions in such a way that we can publish them online and make them clearer to everyone. It may take some time, but please bear with us as we continue to work on it.
